Return Policy
Items are available for return within 30 days of purchase given that they are unworn and received with original packaging. Returns exceeding this period may not be accepted.
To initiate a return for refund, please email us at contact@remyatelier.com.au with the below items:
- full name
- order number
- order address
- reason for return
- images/videos of item if applicable
Please note that we cannot accept returns on swimwear or undergarments (due to hygiene reasons), final clearance items or gift cards.
